All teams must be comprised of players that attend the same high school.
Below are the links for the 2009 roster form and the 2009 waiver form. Coaches, please print, fill out, and fax the roster form in no later than June 14 (the fax number is on top of the form). For the waiver form, make copies for each participating player to have them fill out, and then bring them to your first game on July 16.
